UP for sale is my empire 45/4500 tank. It has zero flaws on the exterior of the tank. However last time I tried to fill it off of my scuba tank it seemed like it was venting out of the side of the reg. I had less then 500 psi in the tank so i was not able to check for sure what the issue was.
Hydro date is 04/05 so it still has a few months before needing hydro.
